Sandberg Bluetooth Stereo Headset Pro

[Item no. 450-05] Rev. 18.03.14

1 Introduction

The Sandberg Bluetooth Stereo Headset Pro connects wirelessly to a Bluetooth device such as a mobile phone or tablet computer. Remote control your Bluetooth device with the track and volume controls on the headset. The built-in battery gives 8 hours of playback. Allows you to make hands-free and wireless calls.

2 First use and charging

Before you use the headset for the first time, the internal battery must be charged. Connect the enclosed USB cable between the headset¡¯s Micro USB connector and a USB port, either on a computer or on a USB AC mains adapter. While the battery is charging, the LED displays a red light. When charging is complete the LED displays a blue light.

NB: The LED flashes when the battery is running out of power.

3 Pairing

The first time you want to connect the headset to a Bluetooth device you will need to pair the two devices. Once you have done this the devices will remain paired. Do as follows:

  1. Place the headset and Bluetooth device within a secure range of 2-3 metres.
  2. Set the headset to ¡°pairing mode¡±: Hold the button down for 6 seconds until red and blue lights flash alternately (when you hear a voice after the button has been held down for 3 seconds you must keep the button depressed).
  3. Search for Bluetooth devices on the Bluetooth device to which the headset is to be connected. See the documentation for this device to find out how this is done.
  4. The speaker is found under the name ¡°Sandberg Pro¡±. Connect to Sandberg when this is found. If you are asked for a password or PIN code, use ¡°0000¡± (four zeros).
